Can I modify or cancel my order?Updated a month ago

There's a very limited timeframe for cancelling or changing orders, so please contact us as soon as possible. We'll try our best, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to before it's shipped.

If your order is already on its way, you can:

• Change the delivery address by directly contacting the courier via the tracking link that was sent to you.
• Return the product by following our return process here.
