I would like to exchange a product for a different one. What should I do?Updated 6 months ago

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be in a re-saleable condition and it must be returned to us within 30 days.

The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please complete our contact form here or email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and your preferred colour or product. Once your return is approved by Huski, we will provide the return shipping address.

We'd recommend a tracked service with insurance to make sure you're covered if anything happens to the Huski on its way back to us. 

Once we've received your original order, it will be inspected. If the item is in acceptable condition, we'll exchange it. A new order will be created and you'll receive a shipping notification when the order is ready to go with the couriers.
