From time to time, we offer pre-orders on new products before their official launch. 

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is coming soon. The checkout process for pre-orders is the same as for in-stock items. However, pre-ordered items will be shipped at a later date once they become available.

You'll find an estimated delivery date on the product and delivery page. We’ll also include this in your order confirmation email. Please note that delivery estimates for pre-orders are subject to change, but we'll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship. For faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.
